With a background training in French tailoring couture, design, paint and sculpture, Bluet Almeida Fasce created Bluet in 1992 as a fashion accessories company in her natal Argentina. 
For several years she designed and produced accessories collections for more than 35 fashion companies and in 1997 launched her own clothing line Aura. 
Relocated to New York in 2001, she established Bluet New York.

Each collection is created season after season, as a limited edition line completely handcrafted in Brooklyn New York by Bluet Almeida Fasce.
The pieces are inspired by a feminine and busy woman who values quality over quantity and loves a modern but classic and chic look for any occasion.

The idea of environmentally healthy is a very important fact in her choice of materials and the many of her materials are 100% organic or eco-friendly.

Bluet divides her time between her bespoke tailoring orders and her Ready to Wear line Bluet, New York.
